This episode deals with the challenges that experienced workers face in attempting to reinvent themselves and develop a great career plan as the world of work changes. Episode 2 -"Would You Hire You?"
This episode asks the question - would you hire you? We look at the hiring process from the HR point of view, and we show you why you may not not be as good a candidate as you think you are. Our panelist is Denise Pringle, Senior Avisor at  OurExperienceCounts.com.



Episode 3 -"Pursuing Entrepeneurship". 
This episode discusses what it takes to get started, developing a business plan, what are the pitfalls, and everything else you should know before you make that decision to go into business for yourself. Episode 4 -"Overcoming Age Discrimination".   This episode focuses on age discrimination. We cover what it is and what it is not, various forms of age discrimination, and remedies. There is considerable disagreement between our panelists, which makes for a very interesting show. Episode 5 -"Surviving Financially". 
This episode provides valuable information on financial survival during difficult times, focusing on the mature workers. Our panelists areJesse Blount, Executive Vice President, Morgan, Stanley, Smith, Barney, and Greg Meyer, Community Relations Manager, Meriwest Credit Union.



Episode 6 -"Using Recruiters and Headhunters". 
This episode focuses working with headhunters and recruiters, and how to use them to your best advantage. It  covers the do's and don't's of working with them and why, they sometimes will not even return your call. We talk to both an inside and an outside recruiters on this show. Our panelists are Derek DeWinter, Partner, DeWinter Associates, and Len Baker, Senior Recruiter, Logitech.



Episode 7 -"Leveraging Social Media". 
Today's show focuses on how the mature worker can best utilize social media in their job search and transistion processes. Our panelists are Jackie Alcalde Marr, Author, Co-Author, "Social Media at Work" and Mike Rasmussen,  Technical Staffing Professional.


Episode 8 -"Navigating Human Resources". 
This episode focuses on how to navigate the maze that is Human Resources and how to get the HR department on your side. Our panelists are Sandy O'Gorman, Principal, O'Gorman Associates, and Dan Harris, Talent Aquisitions, Yahoo.
