Jeff is the CEO of OurExperienceCounts.com. He has over 30 years experience in marketing and sales in technology industries. He founded and served as CEO at Innovative Robotics for 9 years. He has also held various senior management positions where he has demonstrated the ability to establish or revitalize businesses. While with VLSI Technology he setup and managed that company's Asian operations, which included three ASIC design centers. In three years revenues grew from less than $1 million to over $70 million annually. In addition to his work at OurExperienceCounts.com, he also serves as Chief Financial Officer at Borgata Recycling and also provides career counseling at ProMatch (a nationally recognized career counseling center for Silicon Valley professionals).

U. S. Congress, When is Enough, Enough?

It has not been, and it will not be, the policy or agenda of this site to support a political party or a political ideology. It will, however, be our agenda to champion causes or legislation that improves the quality of life or protects the rights of older workers. 
I have been a Silicon Valley executive for many years and in my younger days served in our armed forces and earned a Viet Nam service medal. I have worked hard through the years and like so many other older workers was proud to be an American and to help build an economy and a way of life, that was the envy of most of the world.
What has America become today? Our citizens, young and old, no longer trust or like the people they are electing. The people they are electing appear to be focused on sabotaging the agenda of the opposing party and getting re-elected. 
Where are our patriots? Why can’t our leaders get together and put our interests ahead of their ambitions? While Americans are worried about unemployment benefits and a social security system that can’t even keep up with the inflation rate, bills are held hostage and real problems like the cost of health care and age discrimination continue to impact Americans that deserve better. It’s shameful how far we’ve come from the vision our forefathers had for this country. 
My friends, it’s time to stand up and be counted! Let’s tell our elected officials that it’s time to put their partisanship aside and develop real solutions. It’s time to stop the bickering and endless rhetoric and get America back to work.
