Careers And Lives In Transition
August 28, 2011 by Jeff Winters

Many of you may be aware of the fact that the idea for OurExperienceCounts germinated from the experiences of our founders while participating in the wonderful career-training program offered by ProMatch.  This outstanding resource for Silicon Valley professionals is part of NOVA, a well respected member of the Silicon Valley Workforce Investment Board (SVWIB).

During the past few months OurExperienceCounts has contributed to a research project conducted by all of the members SVWIB, titled, “Silicon Valley in Transition”.  The completed study is 119 pages and deals with almost every aspect of transition from the job market to the housing market.  Many of its findings ring true for the changing job market in America.

OurExperienceCounts has received permission to make this study available to our members.

Take a look, it’s quite remarkable.
