Ian Zwicker – Chairman of the Board 


Ian Zwicker is the President and CEO of Zwicker Advisory Group, which provides advice and expertise to private companies seeking to access the capital markets. Notable clients include Stirling Energy Systems, a leading utility-scale solar company, and Live Square, an enterprise level antivirus company.

Prior to forming Zwicker Advisory Group, Ian was the President of W.R. Hambrecht, a revolutionary investment bank that introduced the online auction process for IPOs, and was head of the Global Technology Investment Banking practice at Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jennerette.



 
 

Jeff Winters – President, & Chief Executive Officer


Jeff Winters has over 30 years experience in marketing and sales in technology industries. He founded and served as CEO at Innovative Robotics for 9 years. He has also held various senior management positions where he has demonstrated the ability to establish or revitalize businesses. While with VLSI Technology he setup and managed that company’s Asian operations, which included three ASIC design centers. In three years revenues grew from less than $1 million to over $70 million annually. In addition to his work at OurExperienceCounts.com, he also serves as Chief Financial Officer at Borgata Recycling and also provides career counseling at ProMatch (a nationally recognized career counseling center for Silicon Valley professionals).


 
 

David Goldstein – Vice President, & Chief Technology Officer


David Goldstein has over 25 years of experience in information technology management. He was founder and chief executive officer of Green Eagle Technology. He has also had management positions in information technology at National Semiconductor and Fairchild Semiconductor, BlueRoads Corp, and was Applications Manager for the City of Santa Clara, California. He has successfully implemented many large scale projects in his career, including the implementation of Fairchild Semiconductor on its own datacenter and the management of a world-wide PeopleSoft supply chain implementation. David has a Bachelor of Arts from the City College of New York, and has certificate in Computer Science from Coleman College.


 
 

Cher Forman– Vice President, Human Relations

 


Cher Forman has over 20 years of domestic and international Human Resources experience in organizations ranging from startups to $3B. As Director or Vice President, she has managed Human Resources groups at Applied Materials, Stanford Telecom, Ask Computer Systems, Teledex and Tri-Data Corporation and consulted on H.R. philosophy, values and infrastructure with many start-ups as well. Cher has managed several of these firms through rapid expansion and significant organizational challenges. While at Applied Materials, she led her business unit as the company grew from 6,000 to 16,000 employees in three years. Ms. Forman has specific expertise in employment, M&A’s, corporate legal compliance, development of cost effective compensation/benefit strategies, organization development and international HR management. She has a degree in Organization Behavior from the University of San Francisco and has participated in advanced training at several other colleges and universities. 

 

Camille Grabowski – Director, Strategic Relationships


Camille Grabowski is a Professional Career Coach with over 25 years of experience in the recruiting and human resources industries. As a workplace expert, Camille provides career coaching services to mature workers in the areas of career transition, career relaunch, job search strategies, resume writing, interview preparation, and job offer evaluation and negotiation. She is a frequent speaker on these topics and has presented workshops and webinars for many organizations including AARP, RetirementJobs.com, Robert Half International, Adecco, and RiseSmart. Camille is founder of 50+ Career Coach and has served as a Senior Career Coach for RetirementJobs.com. Camille has an MBA from The Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University.



Joseph Seymour – Director, Website Development

Joseph has 15 years experience doing web design/computer programming.  As his youthful on-line persona of "Lord Soth" he was instrumental in building Happy Puppy Games into the second most popular video games site in the late 90s.  Since then, he has been studying computer science and business at Brigham Young University while helping Utah businesses with their computing needs.  He earned his MBA just before joining our team, excited to use his unique blend of technical and business skills to help us succeed.





Tom Wilson – Director, Media Relations


Tom Wilison is a veteran broadcast journalist with over 15 years experience in major market newsrooms across the country. He has been a senior manager at TV stations in Pittsburgh, Minneapolis, and the Bay Area. At NBC-11, he was responsible for daily news coverage, its overall content, script approval, and community relations. In Pittsburgh, he was credited with transforming a struggling newscast into the #1 rated midday newscast in the nation. in each market he has worked, he has developed successful branding strategies, significantly improved ratings, and managed partnerships with the print media. Tom has also served as a guest professor at the nationally known Poynter Institute for Media Studies.


Dr. Arthur L. Jue – Director, Strategic Operations


Arthur Jue has extensive senior leadership experience in talent and organization development, technology management, and human resources at Fortune 500 companies. He currently serves on corporate and non-profit boards of several entrepreneurial, educational, and financial services organizations. Arthur holds a doctor of management in organizational leadership and an M.B.A. He attended BYU and earned a B.S. in marketing from SJSU. He also has participated in executive programs at the London Business School, Harvard, and Oxford. Dr. Jue speaks extensively and has coauthored multiple books, including his most recent, Social Media at Work: How Networking Tools Propel Organizational Performance. He teaches at the graduate level, enjoys filmmaking, and plays the violin.
 
 


Dan Hartford - Director, Technical Operations


Dan has over 30 years in Business Information Technology Management. He started as a programmer in the mid 1970’s and quickly accelerated into management positions where he has excelled for the past 25 years. In those management positions he has weathered many cycles of upsizing, downsizing, insourcing and outsourcing in management as well as employee roles. Dan’s experience spans a broad spectrum of industries including Pharmaceutical/Biotech (Syntex, Roche), Commercial SW (Adobe), High Tech (Siemens Microelectronics, Infineon, KLA-Tencor, Avanex) and Applications Management (Accenture). Dan is a Certified Project Manager and has won several company based individual and team awards for his management and project work. During his years as a first and second line manager, Dan has honed his interpersonal and people management skills and is known for his staff motivation, counseling, and coaching skills. Dan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, MA and a Certificate of Project Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Her experience includes a rich background in as a HR executive at corporate and subsidiary-levels in high tech and life science companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. Denise has worked on transition teams for mergers and outsourcing and has had responsibility for training, organizational development, staffing and university relations.

Denise has taught her own hands-on, down to earth approach to Human Resources to other HR professionals as an adjunct professor at San Jose State University, where she had previously received her B.A. in History and Business.


 
 

Tim Ravey


Tim has over 30 years experience in the training, primarily in the transportation industry. At Viking Freight, he trained over 1200 freight handlers to the successful completion of their Commercial Drivers License including certification in the challenging DOT Hazardous Materials qualification. At FedEx Freight he developed and delivered new on-line education for freight handlers. In 2008, Tim was awarded the FedEx Extra Mile award for designing and delivering a red hot operating system training project for 300 top field managers. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
